Programs and Workshops

The Fall Theater Program is our second theater course for  kids between the ages of 9-15 years who have a strong passion and interest for theater and drama.  

The program will run from October 19th-November 16th, 2021 . Workshops will be held by Shriya Reddy, a 14th-year-old girl from Hyderabad, India who has a strong passion for acting!  The classes will be every Tuesday at 7 pm (Pacific Time - US & Canada).

The Theater Summer Program is our newest and first visual arts program for kids between the ages of 7-14 years who have a strong passion and interest for theater and drama.  

The program will run from June 1st - June 30th, 2021(Pacific Time - US & Canada). Workshops will be held by Shriya Reddy, a 14th-year-old girl from Hyderabad, India who has a strong passion for acting!  The classes will be per week and all of the information along with the timings will be sent via email after sign up.  All class times will be in Pacific Time - US & Canada time zone.

The March Workshop: Drawing will on March 27th and March 28th. The workshop is for kids above the age of 6, including teens. Students will be doing different drawings based on age. Each workshop will be 1 hour long (you only get assigned to one workshop on either day). All of the information along with the timings will be sent via email after sign up. Once you have signed up, a 24-hour notice before the workshop will be required if you wish to cancel. 

 

Required Supplies:​

• Pencil

• Eraser

• Ruler

• Black Sharpie

• One to two printer papers

• At least a 12 pack coloring pencil set

The January Workshop: Cherry Blossom Tree Drawing will on January 29th and January 30th. The workshop is for kids between the age of 6 to 10. Each workshop will be 45 minutes (you only get assigned to one workshop on either day). All of the information along with the timings will be sent via email after sign up. Once you have signed up, a 24-hour notice prior to the workshop will be required if you wish to cancel. 

 

***Note: For this workshop, the age requirement is strictly required.

The January Workshop: Basics of Figure Drawing will on January 29th and January 30th. The workshop is for kids above the age of 11, including teens. Each workshop will be 45 minutes (you only get assigned to one workshop on either day). All of the information along with the timings will be sent via email after sign up. Once you have signed up, a 24-hour notice prior to the workshop will be required if you wish to cancel. Please note that this class is an introduction to figure drawing so it will only cover the basics. 

 

***Note: The age requirement is not strictly required. If you want to do January Workshop: Cherry Blossom Tree Drawing, you may do; however, it will be less challenging if you are above 11.

The 2020 Diwali Art Workshop will on November 8th and November 14th.  Each workshop will be 45 minutes (you only get assigned to one workshop) and it will teach how to make the  Diya Garland Backdrop . The day and time will be assigned  through email after sign up and more information will be sent through email.  Once you have signed up, a 24 hour notice prior to the workshop will be required if you wish to cancel.

• Scissors

• Glue Stick

• White or Brown Colored Yarn (Subjected to Change to White Thread)

The 2020 Fall Program starts on August 1st and ends on October 10th.  The program will cover the basics of drawing and painting,  developing drawing skills, learning art techniques, and exploring one's interest in art.  The sessions will be in groups (each group will have a maximum of 10 children) and each session will be one hour long. The classes will be on Friday and Saturday, and classes will be assigned based on a child's level. More information will be sent through email after signing up.
